Commission includes assembly, clean-up & prep of the mini (if applicable) and a basic base with ballast and perhaps grass. I work a little better if I know what colour scheme is desired, but it's not necessary. All metals will be painted using metallic paints unless requested otherwise.
I don't paint vehicles, only characters. I am also not open to conversions.
Display Standard
This level of painting is what I would do if I was entering a mini into a high-level competition. All my skills come out; I ensure smooth blending, balanced colour schemes, and adopt higher level techniques such as freehand, OSL, and weathering. Due to the complexity of this level, the following prices are a baseline. They may be lower or higher depending on the job.

Playing Standard
This level of painting is what I would do normally, especially for painting models for D&D or the like. A strong foundation of painting with some opportunity to add little details. Blends may not be butter smooth upon very close inspection, but they look good on the table. The majority of my work on this site is at this standard.

Army Standard
Although I prefer to take work that is of the quality of the prior two levels, sometimes I am requested to do a much simpler job which is good for armies. You get basic colours blocked, a couple of shadows and highlights layered in with little-to-no blending. Prep work will be rudimentary; I can build the models, but I won't fill gaps or shave off every mold line except the most egregious.
At this moment, I have no examples of work.
